Wellness Consultation
In this session we will take a deep dive into the “how & why” of your health journey to find the answers for “how to & what’s next”. The initial session will last for 1.5-2 hours and we will go over everything from diet and lifestyle to medical history and bloodwork. These appointments can include guidance from herbal allies, nutrition planning and flower essences.
Follow up appointments should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks for the first three months for best results. These appointments are about 30 minutes - 1 hour. **10% discount offered on all Wellness Consultation Packages**

Flower Essence Consultation
For those who want/need to take a softer journey back to balance, flower essences are a vibrational medicine that assist the mind/body/spirit through the essence of the particular flower(s).

Initial appointment is 45 minutes - 1 hour. First follow-up is included in initial price and is 30 minutes.

Auricular (Ear Seed/Acu Channels) and Magnet Therapy
Auriculotherapy is often described as reflexology for the ear. It’s based on the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) theory that the ear is a microsystem with acupressure points that correspond to different areas of the body. We use ear seeds (gentle, tiny, stick-on seeds) to stimulate these points and help bring the body back into balance.
