In this class we will learn all about the amazing medicinal benefits of Pine and how to use them. We will repurpose a Christmas tree into an all-purpose cleaner, salve and tincture. Class includes brief lecture and all medicine making supplies. Attendees must bring their own half gallon jar and two cup jar.

In this class we will discuss how to regain and maintain brain health (both mental health and cognition) by incorporating specific herbs and foods into our diet. This class includes the lecture with slides emailed out after class, plus we will get to taste some of the different recipes and discuss as a group how we will integrate what we learned into our daily health practice!

It’s that time of the year again…Fall is in the air and so are the germs! What better way to protect you and your family than with your very own homemade Fire Cider! In this class we will go over the energetics of herbs, how to build the base of your fire cider as well as adding on any extra immune supporting herbs you fancy, folk method medicine making and finally processing! Class includes lecture plus fire cider ingredients and herbs, participants must bring their own 3 cup jar (can be a mason jar or re-used jar).
